We are proud of our active School council group that meets regularly.
At their meetings they discuss things that are going well and also what they would like to improve.
The Staff and Academy Committee take seriously the suggestions and concerns of our School Council.
How to become a School Councillor
It isn’t easy to become a School Councillor. The children must prepare a manifesto and present it to their peers who then ask questions. There is then a vote and the girl and boy with the most votes become the school councillor for the year, representing their classmates at termly meetings.
Miss Allsopp is the member of staff with responsibility for the School Council. Should you have any questions about the School Council she will be happy to discuss them with you.
